Spring 2017 newsletter Greeting
Hello Dear Friends,
As this PL news is in its final preparation, the 2017 PL Training of Facilitators has just finished on Whidbey Island. Facilitated by Barbara and Gordon, there is a very new design addressing ways in which PL can be delivered to better serve what the world is calling PL to be and do.
This attention to "what is called for NOW" is a hallmark of facilitating PL. Frequently, we three founders laugh at ourselves remembering the earlier days, in Crestone, when we would come together thinking that we could basically offer the Foundations and TOF seminars the way we had the year before! Thankfully, in the design stage we would realize how foolish and quite inappropriate this was and throw the old design over our shoulders, settling down into the new.
As 2017 is beginning, we wish for all of us that, while honoring the past, we attend to what energizes us in the present moment even if this leads into chaos and ambiguity. Congratulations! We are then fully alive, on the creative edge... JUST where practicing PL can support us in offering our highest and best!
