Currently scheduled seminars

Specialized seminars allow PL Facilitators to teach PL as an embedded practice in a seminar that has a broader focus.

PL is designed to be used in your day-to-day life—at work, at home and in the community. Specialized seminars focus on particular situations we encounter in our lives and work. They bring Personal Leadership in as a very effective practice for responding to those situations.

Specialized seminars are offered by our Senior Facilitators based on their own work and interests.

Whereas our other seminars focus specifically on PL, our specialized seminars focus on many topics, including

• Responding to change and transition
• Global leadership and team development
• Study abroad and international student services
• Building intercultural competence
• Conflict resolution
• Identifying and clearing limiting core beliefs
• Self-development in many contexts
• Leading yourself while leading others
• Being intentionally and mindfully present in intimate relationships
• Social justice and community development
