The Personal Leadership Seminars organization exists to move the PL practice out into the world. It is the global and virtual center for the practice and facilitation of Personal Leadership—Making a World of Difference®.

The goals of Personal Leadership Seminars are

• To offer the most accessible way of learning about PL to the most people.
• To support PL practitioners through services that include seminars, gatherings and coaching.
• To focus on the development of an ever-evolving cadre of PL Facilitators through our rigorous Facilitator Program.
• To act as a broker for prospective coaching and consulting clients looking for a Facilitator who can meet their needs.

Personal Leadership Seminars intends very deliberately

• To implement an organization structure that emphasizes self-management, wholeness and evolutionary purpose.
• To lead through service.
